By accessing or using Moodi, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.
3. Changes to Terms
Two Body Problem LLP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Key changes will be communicated via email or on-site notifications. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. Age Restrictions
Users must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Users under 18 may use the service only with parental or guardian consent.
Users making payments must be at least 18 years old.
For Users in the United States: If you are under 13, you may not provide personal information without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with COPPA. Two Body Problem LLP may request proof of age or parental consent at any time.
5. Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes;
- Not interfere with the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data;
- Not upload content that infringes on third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or confidential information.
Two Body Problem LLP may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and without warranties, express or implied. Two Body Problem LLP does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information, or absence of malware, viruses, or other harmful components. Users assume all risk of use. Two Body Problem LLP is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
7. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Virtual Currency
All virtual currency, points, or credits:
- Have no real-world monetary value;
- Are non-refundable;
- Can only be used within the platform for intended purposes.
Paid subscriptions: Users may purchase subscription plans to access premium features. All subscription payments are processed through App Store or Google Play and are governed by their respective policies, including rules for billing, cancellations, and refunds. Two Body Problem LLP is not responsible for platform-controlled payment disputes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to the platform’s procedures. Payments through App Store or Google Play are subject to their terms, and Two Body Problem LLP will not provide refunds outside the platform rules.
8. User Content
By submitting content, feedback, or notes, you grant Two Body Problem LLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, distribute, and create derivative works; publish content within the service or for service improvement purposes. You warrant that you have all rights to the content and that submission does not infringe on any third-party rights. Content may include user-generated notes, mood tracking, emotional markings, and related events.
9. Privacy
Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, including GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California, USA) where applicable. Users have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent where applicable. Two Body Problem LLP treats all user-generated content, personal notes, mood tracking, and related events with strict confidentiality and will not share it with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. International Users
By using this service outside the UK, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws. Some local rights (e.g., consumer protections in the EU) may override certain Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes will be resolved in UK courts, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
